Prioritizing Personal Wellness And Regaining Confidence
The idea for Sexy 60 came to me as 2025 was coming to an end.
Am I a trained wellness professional? No.
Am I a fitness enthusiast? Also no.
I am, quite simply, a woman in her early 40s who got tired of feeling stuck, sluggish, and disconnected from the best version of herself.
A couple of years ago, I completed 75 Hard. If you haven’t heard of it before, it’s a super intense wellness challenge created by Andy Frisella. And if you don't know me, it's the LAST THING anyone would have expected me to even attempt.
For 75 days straight, without any breaks, you have to:

Complete two 45-mintue workouts - one must be outside, regardless of weather.
Drink one gallon of water.
Follow a structured diet of your choice.
Abstain from any alcohol.
Read 10 pages of personal development.
Take a daily progress picture.
Yes, I actually finished the entire program. It was one of the most challenging and rewarding things I’ve ever done. And it pushed me in ways I didn’t think I was capable of.
The physical transformation over those 75 days was incredible. But what impacted me even more was the mindset shift. I proved to myself that I could intentionally carve out time for my well-being, no matter how busy my schedule was or where life took me. Traveling? Packed days? It didn’t matter. I showed up anyway.
When I crossed the finish line, I felt amazing. I looked great. My clothes fit comfortably. My skin was glowing. And most importantly, I was proud of myself.
But I was also ready for a break.
I fully intended to move forward with a more manageable, sustainable version of the program. And then… I didn’t. One day turned into the next, and before I knew it, I was right back where I started. Working out turned into sleeping in. Water turned into wine. Reading turned into scrolling. Old habits die hard.
I could offer plenty of excuses. We all have them. For me, those excuses slowly piled up and turned into exhaustion, disappointment, frustration, and doubt. Somewhere along the way, I started to lose sight of myself.
What happened to the version of me who felt positive, energetic, fit, and fun?
Where did she go?
Sexy 60 was created as a way to find her again.
It’s a simple, intentional 60-day commitment:

60 minutes of movement
60 ounces of water
60 seconds of gratitude journaling
No extremes. No perfection. Just consistency, self-respect, and momentum.

I’m sharing this with you because I know I’m not alone, and because there is incredible power in community. My hope is that this journey helps you reconnect with yourself, rebuild belief in what you’re capable of, and remember what happens when you make your well-being a priority.
And most of all, I hope Sexy 60 isn’t just something you complete, but something that helps you keep going long after you check off that final box on Day 60.
You’ve got this!
